Your warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects
   
• Material defects
   
• Failures that occur during normal, intended use
   

If something goes wrong because of how the tent was built — we fix it.

Our warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper setup
   
• Wind, storms, or severe weather beyond normal tent use
   
• Accidents (fire, tears, dragging, etc.)
   
• Modifications or aftermarket alterations
   
• Normal wear and tear from outdoor use
   

This warranty protects against defects — not damage from adventures.

Email support@campstash.com with:

1. Your order number
    
2. Photos or video showing the issue
    
3. A brief description of what happened
    

If the claim is approved, we’ll repair or replace the affected part or product at no cost.
