At Campstash™, we want you to feel completely confident when ordering your gear — especially during our pre-order launch. Because of that, we offer one of the simplest and most flexible refund policies in the outdoor industry.

All pre-orders for the Campstash™ Tent are fully refundable any time before your order ships.
No restocking fees. No hassle. Just email us and we’ll take care of it.

To request a refund, contact support@campstash.com with your order number.

Once your tent has shipped and arrived, you have 30 days to request a return.

To be eligible:

• The tent must be unused and in original condition
   
• All components, accessories, and the hard case must be included
   
• Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund
   

If you’re not sure whether your tent qualifies, reach out — we’re here to help.

If your tent arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us at support@campstash.com within 7 days of delivery and include photos or a video showing the issue.

Once approved, refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
